Aspalela Ramly is the co-founder of ZAR Consultancy Services and ZAR Lynx Sdn Bhd, having previously served as Chief Human Resource Officer at Big Group Sdn Bhd. She has held senior HR roles at several MNCs and GLCs in Malaysia.
Aspalela began her career at Sime Hyundai Wood Industries in 1996 and later became HR Manager at MRCB, where she led key HR projects, including the implementation of a compensation and benefits scheme and managing C&B for operations in Dubai. After 8 years at MRCB, she joined Pharmaniaga Group as Head of Reward & Recognition, where she revamped their compensation programs and led projects such as HRIS, Global Mobility Policy, and Payroll systems. She has extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & Recognition, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, and Recruitment. Aspalela was also the Industrial Relations Employer Panel Member for the IR Court of Malaysia and Ministry of Human Resources from 2013 to 2015.
